Q: How much does it cost to hire an electrician? 

A: Most jobs are treated as a service call where we charge $150 per hour as well as materials needed for the job.

Q: Do you give free estimates? 

A: Yes, we schedule a time when we can look at your project, figure out options on how to accomplish what you’re looking for, and give you an idea of what it will cost. 

Q: I lost power in my bathrooms, garage, and porch outlets, how can I get them working again? 

A: Look for a GFCI (ground fault circuit interrupter) outlet and push the reset button on the outlet itself. Typically the GFCI outlet is located in a bathroom, garage wall, or unfinished part of the basement.

Q: Can you guys install a light where there never was one before? 

A: Yes, we can add lights, ceiling fans, and recessed lighting to any room. Your home layout and construction will determine how much drywall/plaster repair might be needed afterwards if needed at all. 

Q: Do you guys supply all the materials? 

A: On most projects we provide our own materials that are needed such as; outlets, breakers, switches, boxes, and wire, however, we are happy to use what the customer has available too. When it comes to fixtures we generally ask the customer to provide their own according to their preference and budget. 

Q: Do I need to provide tools? 

A: No, are service trucks are equipped with all the necessary tools and ladders to get the job done. 

Q: What is the process for typical job look like from start to finish? 

A: The customer makes a phone call or emails the company. Our scheduler sets up a time to either make a repair, installation, or give an estimate. When the costumer is ready to proceed with the estimate or project our employees arrive at the scheduled time. Finally, when the work is complete and the customer is satisfied we will send an invoice.
